The Gloria Dei Communities Foundation held their 3rd golf outing at Five Ponds Golf Club in Warminster on Monday, September 18th. In 2022, the Gloria Dei Communities Foundation underwrote over $41,000 to provide our residents with the Fox Rehabilitation “Strength and Balance Program.” The program offers residents across our communities the opportunity to enjoy on-site classes twice a week. HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA, July 20, 2015 – Gloria Dei Communities Foundation has announced today that it has donated a new power chair to the Gloria Dei Plaza Community located in Newtown, PA and its residents. The state-of-the art power chair manufactured by Sunrise Medical Company in Longmont, CO and distributed by Delcrest Medical Services in Ivyland, PA will allow Gloria Dei Plaza residents with limited mobility to now take part in many of the community activities where the community bus is required for transportation. The Second Annual Gloria Dei Communities Foundation Fundraiser was held Friday night, September 19th and it was a tremendous success. Nearly 170 supporters attended the event and a good time was had by all. Philadelphia icon, Jerry Blavat, the Geator with the Heater, entertained the crowd with his unique blend of music and storytelling, while guests bid on gift basket auctions and waited to see who would win the 50/50 raffle at the end of the night.
