We have two Night Manager Couples to help when the office is closed. They live on site at the Estates to help with emergencies and security after hours. In order to gain entry to the building, residents must use their apartment key and visitors must be let in by a resident or staff member by using the Entry Guard system in the foyer. Yes, there is public transportation nearby. A few examples include the Septa bus stop that is located at the corner of Rhawn & Dungan, as well as the R8 Fox Chase Train Station that is within ¼ mile from here. If need be, residents can also sign up for para-transit.
