You can choose between three spacious floor plans at the Manor and two at Manor Court to fit your individual needs. No matter which model you make your home, you’re sure to enjoy the convenience of one-story, maintenance-free living.

The Manor

Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

This 612 square foot apartment features a “cook’s” kitchen with great counter space, pantry closet, and all-electric appliances (refrigerator, range and garbage disposal). A half wall in the kitchen creates a great room feeling with the living room. The wall-to-wall carpeting is neutral to complement any décor, as are the vinyl floors in the kitchen and bath. The hall/entry boasts 2 roomy closets and a linen closet. The bedroom will accommodate a queen-sized bedroom set. The bath features a tub/shower with a grab bars. Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled in each unit. Each apartment comes equipped with hard-wired smoke detectors, pull-cords in the bed and bath and a Presalert pendant. All are monitored 24/7.

The Manors’ Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

One Bedroom Apartment

This apartment contains 576 square feet of floor space carpeted in neutral wall-to-wall carpeting that will complement any décor (vinyl floors in the kitchen and bath). The almost square living room offers many arrangement possibilities. The all-electric kitchen has a refrigerator, range and garbage disposal and features a large pass-through window, bringing light and an open feeling to the kitchen. There is room for a dinette set as well as another counter or hutch opposite the refrigerator. The hall/entry boasts 2 roomy closets and a linen closet. The bedroom will accommodate a queen-sized bedroom set. The bath features a tub/shower with grab bars. Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled in each unit. Each apartment comes equipped with hard-wired smoke detectors, pull-cords in the bed and bath and a Presalert pendant. All are monitored 24/7.

The Manors’ One Bedroom Apartment

Efficiency Apartment

This very flexible 475 square foot efficiency apartment is carpeted in neutral wall-to-wall carpeting that will complement any décor (vinyl floors in the kitchen and bath). There is a roomy closet in the entryway and a dressing room with closet and space for a chest before you enter the bath. The bath features a tub/shower with grab bars. Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled in each unit to your individual comfort level. The all-electric kitchen has a refrigerator, range and garbage disposal. Each apartment comes equipped with a hard-wired smoke detector, pull-cords in the living/bed area and bath and a Presalert pendant. All are monitored 24/7.

The Manors’ Efficiency Apartment

Manor Court

One Bedroom Cottage

This charming cottage features a living room with a vaulted ceiling and bow window. It is carpeted in neutral wall-to-wall carpeting that will complement any décor (vinyl floors in bath and kitchen). The bedroom features a roomy walk-in closet, plus there is a coat closet in the entryway and linen closet in the hall. The bath contains a step-in stall shower, vanity with two sinks, and a closet with a washer and dryer hook-up. The heating and air conditioning are individually controlled to your comfort level in each unit. The fully-equipped all-electric kitchen has a refrigerator, range, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Each cottage also comes equipped with 2 hard-wired smoke detectors and an emergency response system, monitored 24/7. Many residents enjoy planting flowers along the front of their cottages.

The Manor Courts’ One Bedroom Cottage

Two Bedroom Cottage

This roomy cottage is especially airy with its vaulted ceiling and bow window. It is carpeted in neutral wall-to-wall carpeting that will complement any décor (vinyl floors in bath and kitchen). Each bedroom features a roomy walk-in closet, plus there is a coat closet in the entryway and linen closet in the hall. The two bathrooms have been customized and could have either showers or tubs. The convenient washer and dryer hook-up is hidden behind closet doors in the master bath. Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled in each unit to your comfort level. The fully equipped all-electric kitchen has a refrigerator, range, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Each cottage also comes equipped with hard-wired smoke detectors and an emergency response system, monitored 24/7. Many residents enjoy planting flowers along the front of their cottages.
