The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar, a hand-held shower, and a second emergency call pull. The updated all-electric kitchen has a refrigerator, range and ample cupboard storage. A large major closet, with access from the kitchen and the entry area, is perfect for pantry, household and personal storage. Seasonal heating and cooling are individually controlled in each unit according to your comfort level. Each apartment also comes equipped with smoke detectors in the living area and bedroom, and a heat detector.
