Yes, The Estates does have a community bus. We have a 14-passenger bus that take residents on regularly scheduled trips to supermarkets, malls and a variety of stores. We also schedule trips to plays, concerts & other entertainment venues. It’s a wonderful luxury for our residents to have!
Yes, there is dedicated parking. If you own a vehicle there is assigned parking in one of our lots. We’re also fortunate enough to have the space that if you own a second vehicle you may also park that in our visitors lot. Certainly! Family is allowed to stay over. Not only do we enjoy our residents, we also enjoy their families that come to visit! There is an overnight guest book that all visitors must sign before they stay, however there is no rigorous background checks or anything like that. We love when families come to visit! Read More
Yes, we do allow pets. We allow small pets such as dogs under 20 lbs, cats, fish and birds. There is a pet application and fee that must be paid prior to move in. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook on their own, plus we have a coffee shop that offers some lunches & frozen meals. Although we do not provide meals on a daily basis, access to meals is very convenient as we have a supermarket across the street. Read More
